Can I refuse to turn over work materials over until after I receive my final paycheck?
I recently resigned from my current position working for a small business. I resigned because my employer was consistently late paying me. After turning in my resignation, my employer has requested that I turn over all relevant materials (user names/passwords) for unused social media/marketing accounts. Can I refuse to turn over work materials over until after I receive my final paycheck?
