Can I re-open a case filled with the EEOC in 2008?

I was an employee for several years, upon hiring another woman that I trained, she became my boss. All the men that were in the office (3, including me). One left, the other transferred unwillingly, and I was told by the main boss that the owner wanted only female voices on the phone's in my office. I filed a charge with the EEOC which was dismissed, is it worth pursuing or could I even have it re-opened as it was long ago?
