Can I get my job back if my employer terminates me for failing drug test?

I was on a community service day through my employer, in Florida, at which I got injured on and had to go to the hospital. I was given an alcohol and drug test. The drug test came back positive for marijuana, which I had smoked the weekend before the accident. I have been employed there for 7+ years and they say that they have a zero tolerance policy. Would I have any chance of getting my job back for this mistake? I had asked them about possibly joining a program to just keep my job but they stood by their original decision.
