Can I deny sick pay after an employee gives thier 2 weeks notice?

An employee has given their 2 week notice of termination. She is trying to use up her sick time because we do not pay it out when employees leave. Can I put a policy in place that we do not pay sick or vacation during their last 2 weeks?
