Can I collect unemployment from a lost full time job if I am part owner of a partnership LLC? If I take out money for personal reasons, will this be considered income?
I am the president of an LLC company. I do office administration work and my husband all the labor. I had a full time night position, but was down sized. I make with drawls and transfer money for my husband and to pay bills.
