Are you entitled to the PTO that has been used if you are terminated after it has been used?
Hello! My fiancee was recently let go after we came back from vacation. His last check consists of all TAKEN PTO hours. Is he still entitled to this pay since he used the PTO before being fired? We didn't receive his last check yet and the payroll employee is pretty shady, (she docks 15 mins from paychecks bc you're 1 minute late, she keeps policy changes a secret, got a 5k bonus for saving the owner money bc she has been docking everyone's pay, etc), so I feel like she won't be sending it out. We already plan on calling LB about there actions.
