Every January I accrue 120 hours of pto time for the year when I pull up my time card it states accrued 120 hours as of March 10th I had used 72 hours for sickness ect it stated that as of March 9th I had 52 hours left I quit the company on March 9 th and

I was told I would accrue 120 hours every January of pto time on my time card if I click on the accrue tab it gives me the amount of hours I have accrued which started with 120 hours in January I have used about 7 2 hours since January due to sickness ect I stated I had 52 hours left after taking these days to use I quit the company march and received my last paycheck and they kept the whole check and subtracted the hours that I had worked for the week from pto days . How can they keep my last check ?

You are entitled to be paid for the time you worked. Whether you are entitled to the PTO bank depends on the employer's policies. Check the employee handbook (assuming there is one) for the policy.
