Is it discrimination if an unqualified male has same position as me and his pay is equal also?.
My job requires that I have a drivers license, a car and auto ins. It also requires a high school diploma or GED. A male co-worker/employee does not have any of the above. His pay rate is the same as everyone else in the same position. These requirements are enforced on me but not him, is this discrimination?
