2 demoted kept pay mine was cut what can I do?

2 people were demoted but kept their pay the same. One went from office manager to scheduler the other from sales executive to prospector, that one actually got a raise to compensate for losing commission. I am being demoted from supervisor to writer and was told they were taking back my $2hr raise I received when I was promoted. I have not been disciplined or counseled about my performance. Can I just quit and file unemployment due to discrimination or what options do I have?
My Director quit Tuesday due to how bad they are with different departments and now this.
