1st I was forced to sign a Non-Compete or be fired. Is a 3 year Non-Compete Valid ?
I posted a joke on Linked In about working for another relay company and my former employer sent me a letter claiming I have violated the Non-Compete. The Linked In post was removed 1 day later.
