19 year old without any work exp. was hired as assistant manager because mother is manger at another location( Dollar Tree Store) is this legal?
The Daughter of a Dollar Tree Store Manager was hired at our location as a cashier, after 3 months she was promoted to assistant manager, she had the least exp. of all the employees at that location . No other candidates where interviewed, or where offered the position . This is nepotism, is it legal?
