white female choosen over black females?
only white female in shop. took test paseed but not given job. mgmt appointed position to black females who recived training to do appoitned job. Most of appointed jobs held for 10 years or more. I know some have moved to higher pay jobs and used thier appt. job as job experieced. I filed grivance lost due to past practice and job needed done. i filed eeoc complaint moved to different jobs, mostly unsafe i complained to NTSB about safe practice. Sent to co doctor and for EMI. EMI recommed that transfer to different dept also my doctor...mgmt sent me a memo demanding i return to same work enviorment... I quit got unemployement... constructive discarge.. do i have a case of discrimation and retailation???
