unpaid situation
I have a situation where my client not paid about 39 K for my software development work. Recently I got a letter from them saying that they don't have money and they can offer 20 % of the money the owe. After I contaced the president of the company he offered 32 %. I did not agree for that. This was a started company now it is acquired by another company. What should I do to get the full amount they owe?
