retaliation

how do you know when you have been wronged? i was removed from a job for not being at numbers they wanted. an there were 11 more in the same boat i was and they all stillhave there postion. i feel that it was retaliation. have ask to go to the next level have ask three times still no ans.
what should i do

You mention retaliation. What did you do that the company retaliated against? Some types of retaliation are actionable, and some are not.
