retaliation

how do you know when you have been wronged? i was removed from a job for not being at numbers they wanted. an there were 11 more in the same boat i was and they all stillhave there postion. i feel that it was retaliation. have ask to go to the next level have ask three times still no ans.
what should i do

You mention retaliation. What did you do that the company retaliated against? Some types of retaliation are actionable, and some are not. For example, if you reported sexual harassment and the company retaliated against you for the report, you would have a cause of action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
