relocation repayment

Hi, I have questions regarding repayment of relocation benefits upon leaving a job early. I received cash bonuses and temporary housing service as part of my relocation benefits when I joined a company. The company also paid gross-up taxes for those benefits. Now I am considering leaving the job after two months, which according to the contact means I need to repay all the relocation benefits. My question is should I repay the net amount of benefits that I received or I need to payback the gross amount including the gross-up taxes. Can you take a look at my contract and my pay check that shows the gross-up and give me some advise on how to minimize my loss.
