need time off for religion and only 1 week, summer
i need 2 weeks total to go to a special once a year schoooling for my religion, i am a part time employee for a hospital. i am also a part time preacher. i nned a week that another employee has. my dates for school were just announced and are later than our vacation sign up. i have all seniority but after jan 30 first come first serve. can i get an fmla for this or personal time. we do not get sick days or pto. i get 4 weeks vacation. can i get leave of absence based on religion for only the one crazy week? thx pat
