my supervisor is against females,

the company is aware of this issue ,,he always has a issue with me he changes the way things are to be done daily to make sure i do it the wrong way,,others in this companty is aware of this issue,he tried to get me fired the day i came on the job,i spoke to the company the say they talk to him but its no better..another girl ended up loosing her postion three years ago ,,from what i understand im the only femal since then ,

Your question is a little unclear, but you really need to make an appointment with an employment lawyer near you to make sure you are not equating bad behavior generally with sex discrimination or gender based treatment.
