Discrimination against males

I just resigned from my job for various reasons. One of the reasons is my boss who is a female makes many comments on how she hates men and that she wishes she had more women working in the office because they aren't lazy. These comments were not only heard by me but almost every employee that works there. It is also very apparent she favors the females in the office. Before I leave I will give a formal complaint to HR. Even though I have resigned do you think the other employees have a claim?Or the very least is this grounds for her termination?

Discrimination Against Males

The male employees may have a claim if they can show specific instances of preferential treatment to females in similar positions to males. I would make a claims with HR and would suggest that other employees that have the same problem also make a complaint with HR.
