my manager let another associate copy my performance ownership comments. Is this right?

I had written and turned in my performance ownership in a few weeks prior to the only other associate that is a direct report under my manger. neither has access to a "color" printer so he asked me to print "our" PO's. I didn't mean to look at the other person's performance ownership but I did by accident. and happened to notice that this person copied almost all of my points in certain areas of the PO. This person is also a favored employee who received a great review. I also received a great review w. one point of improvement. Should I be upset?
