liability waiver release forms
I have been requested to sign a liability waiver release form and the verbiage in the document is making me question what exactly the company liability will be if I have a serious accident even when I follow company safety protocols. The document is very specific and it seems to me that I am signing something that will free the company from any responsibility in case of an accident. I really would like to have the document reviewed to ensure it is appropriate.
