is this sexual harassment?
My husband started to work about 6 motnths ago to this new job. He is now being accused of sexual harrassment because this lady complained that he was always in her areas of work and that he did not help her. My husband said that since he got there this lady always mentioned to him that she likes him and always was telling him things. My husband will talk to her as well and now that he decide to ignores her, she goes and comlained about him. Is this sexual Harrassment?
