if fired for claiming time fraud but not true .employer kept all moneys due at paytime and said they wont say nothing as long as i dont ? also employer wasnt even paying minimum wage ? i have entire paper trail of all wages for entire 3 year work history

only defense is cameras moniter all work completed on daily basis . employer required last year and half a minimum of 3 hours per day of work .paying us 60 dollars per day on bi_ weekly checks . they stated wanted to pay us for all xtra time worked and to add it to time sheet so i did . i was expected daily 1 hour outside cleaning and 2 hr inside cleaning . However my wife worked inside all 3 hrs . so it made it 4 hrs daily . this went on for last year and half straight .all records i have saved in a file . all payments were paid by company check and i have all records at my bank . so first year and half they paid us 35 dollars a day bi_weekly and recent 7 months we were given pay raise to 80 dollars daily paid bi_weekly. Past week they questioned my 4 hr daily and i asked to meet with them in person to get this matter understood . they refused , called me theif and said they were not going to pay me for last 2 weeks worked ? they said i cheated them for over 7 thousand dollars ?? last email to me were after trying to plea my defense was they would leave this alone as long as i did. all this conversation was done entirely by email . I have all conversations saved in a document . i had 3 contracts i maintained daily . landscaping , daily cleaning , and maintenance . lastly i asked to be payed what was due to me in consideration i did nothing wrong and me and my wife truly did our best . aside of all work documented on security cam ., i have all emails since day 1 saved . hope im not wasting your time , maybe you can help me . This was work done at north valley pet hospital in mohave valley az . i also filed taxes last 2 years. this year ending will be 3rd year. God bless..
