i am transgendered and my direct supervisor constantly miss genderes me in front of other employees?

I am transgendered female to male and my direct supervisor constantly miss genders me in front of other co-workers and the public. she does it when i am there and also when I am not present. I complained to the Human Resource department and to my knowledge nothing has been done. I now feel as if I have a target on my back since reporting this behavior. I have worked for this company for 11 and a half years, received awards for excellent work and never been written up. since this letter to HR, they have tried to write me up and have hired the boyfriend of my supervisor to work as a supervisor during two of my 4 shifts to keep and eye on me to see if i am doing my job.
