.how do i appeal
i was employed at akron university for 8 years. i was recently discharged for alleged excessive absenteeism. unemployment approved my claim stating akron u did not provide enough proof. akron u appealed it and now unemployment has been reversed and i am to repay anything i received. how do i appeal? i was not excessive. incurring 120 sick hours per contract year, they rolled the contract year into two years
