An employer can have a "no smoking anywhere" rule

Regrettably, an employer in Ohio can require its employees not to smoke at all, anywhere, as a condition of employment. There is no law prohibiting an employer from intruding on your otherwise personal habit of smoking, so the employer can condition your employment on no smoking.
