force to sign an illegal contract to return to work by union rep?
I felt harassed by supervisor who had attacked me in his office by swinging a book in my face and tell me I didn't deserve to work for the U.S Post Office. I filled a grievance with the Union Rep about it. They did nothing about. My Union Rep gave me a contract 3am in morning and told me if I didn't sign I could not report to work the next day. I went to Union President next day to rescind but they did nothing. So I was harrassed, misrepresented and ignored then fired.
