discriminated and retaliated?

I got fired with an excused that is pretextual because
There is no proof of what this customer
Complaint about me, instead got fired
Because I complaint to one of the
Service managers about the hostile and
Stressed enviroment at the time besause
Of sales goals beoing so high, instead,
This manager told me to do something
Even worse, she said, if you want to
Keep your job you better do what they say
And obligated me tpo open accounts with
Only one I'd instead of 2 as it was the
Banks policy, and she said if I was you
I would do it in order to keep your job
Safe. So I was allready stresses up about
This situation that I went to my pshycologist
To talk to her about it in november of
2009 and thank good she documented all that
Because I have a copy of it, stating tht
I had gone into therapy because I was feeling very
Stressed out at work and that I fealt that
The new management wanted to get rid
Of me at any price! Later - got fired in
January 2010 because a customer complaint
And sad that I had borrow in like 2 or
3 occacions and that he had taken an
Auto loan for my benefit but that is not
True therefore there is no proof of any
Proof of any paperwork that I had signed
Nor anything eLse that would proof that
I borrow Any money from him, although
He did offered it several times, I knew that
He wanted only sexual favor from me and
So I never accepeted that, then he got
Upset and complaint to HOUR about me
And next. Thing I know I am fired! Do I
I have a law suit against my employer?
Do I have a case??? Please helP!!!
