can i file for discrimination?
i have ms. i called off for three days. i was then asked if i would take a part time job. the next day my boss held a staff meeting. i was then asked again in front of my peers if i were taking the part time job. i was then told that my boss had asked the senior leadership team if she could hire someone for my job. i was then told it was for my own good and they were doing what was best for me. is this a vioation of my civil rights? is this discrimination? there are alot of other details.. don
