Pregnancy Discrimination

I have been offered a job after interview on 01/31/2009. They ask me to join today at 9:30 AM, when I went there the Director call me in room (while I was filling paper work like W2 etc). She ask me If I am pregnant? I told her Yes and then she start shouting/yelling at me that I am not honest and Hide things (They never ask me before) and then she turned me back.

Q1. Do I need to disclose at the time of interview that I am pregnant (although I am showing 4.5 months)?

Q2.Can I file Pregnancy Discrimination against that person or company?

No, generally you do not need to disclose pregnancy, and yes you may have a pregnancy discrimination claim against the company. Feel free to call my office if you wish to discuss this further. 312-269-0200.
