can employer suspend employee at 4 am in morning for what their opinion is of the employees third and final allowable write- up

Ive been on intermittent FMLA for 4 years now and have severe IBS that has worsened throughout a horrible home buying experience. and as changes in human resources evolved to changes in how I am to inform them of episodes that will be covered under fmla. I need to work and get here asap and have had extremely difficult time in controlling the progressing episodes as rules for how I am to report to them have changed all the way up to me being suspended for verbal communications told toward me to be specific in telling them my time of arrival. and if I am unable to make it call and update. this was not told to any other employee but me, the one that has an impossible situation in that I need and want to be at work as much as possible, so obviously I estimate the arrival to be as it would be with out any more sudden stomache disasters. so im calling sometimes over and over. trying to help them to know when I will be there not defending my job. i said i would be here at 12:30 and was not at the middle or end of condition but at beginning it came to be found
