can I claim my holiday and end of the year bonus.?
I recently got let go because I was out sick for 3 days with Dr's note. I went back to work on a Monday worked Tuesday all day and at the end of the day I was called in the office and waa told NICELY, do to my sickness I wasnt reliable to the office at the moment do to my ilness. And would be let go to care for my health. I know that starting I believe January 2016 all employeres are required to pay holidays. I am I supposed to get a personal check on Fri day that it's my last day of work or do I have to wait until payroll. Also do I have to get paid my past holidays pay and my December bonus since I already worked 10 months.?
