is it legal for my employer to stalk me when i reported sexual harassment?

I reported verbal and sexual harassment and i think they targeted me for retaliation. I have gone places and someone will randomly ask if i was at certain places. I think they have employed people to stalk me via text to report what im saying portraying themselves as a friend. I even had somwone who be friended me on facebook and all information was out there to people at work i wasnt friends with. Things that were locked to pruvate and friends only.

It is unlawful to retaliate against someone who complains of sexual harassment. If people you do not know are texting you, do not respond to them. If people you are not friends with are friending you on facebook, do not accept them as friends. Double check your privacy settings to ensure that they are set to friends only.
