You have been at your job for only 2 months to find out your pregnant, can they fire me?
I found out I was pregnant after 2 months of being hired. I didn't sign up for STD and won't get FMLA due to not being here a year when baby is born. What options do I have to protect my job? Boss says she will not approve me being gone for 2 months but my dr says I should allow 8 weeks for recovery from a c-section. I am scared. How do I protect my job??
