I am a clinical coordinator at a hospital. On several occassions different employess have went to HR and called coporate compliance and made false accusations about me showing favortism to a certain employee anytime the are unhappy with their schedules and my clinical decisions. I've been investigated on numerous occasions and never accusations have found any truth. These employees continue tomake false claims and ruin my reputation their as a leader. HR will not put a stop to them. What can I do?
