I didn't receive any oral or written warning. I followed correct actions according to policy handbook. I called correct personnel prior to schedule work shift to cover my responsibility. I also reported for duty and clocked in same day as termination. My GF gave false information to the head supervisor saying, " he had to call me and wake me up". He disregarded I called Payroll/ timekeeper and had contact before the work day begin. As a crew leader, I took actions and wrote up and employee for Misconduct, Subordination and use of racial slurs. The employee I took correct actions is the GF son in law. This took place on Thursday, day before Good Friday. I was fired the following Monday April 2nd, 2018.
