I was terminate do in Georgia for absenteeism no call no show for 3 days but I did call the company number that has an answering machine for employees to call when there going to be out because I went to work @ 6 am so most time management isn't there but

I never been warned are wrote up for absenteeism but the supervisor said I was a no calls no show for 3 days while I was hospitalize for at least 4 days and I have the doctors excuse and hospitals admitted documents my job has answerin machine number for employees to call when being out thats what I called their saying I didn't the same the hospital released me is the same date they discharged me can I win my appeal hearing that's coming up?
