What should I expect for final pay?

I quit my previous compnay on July 1st. They are a California based compnay (head quartered in Irvine). I gave a formal resignation letter to HR, VP of Sales and Direct Manager. I know (from previous employees that quit) that I am entitled to my expense pay (which was submitted) my vacation pay and that should be it on that end. My question is this : I received my last paycheck on the 30th for previous hours worked. When I quit I entered the two weeks approval in the system for July 1st through the 15th. I ntended on finishing out the 2 weeks but since I was going forward with a competitor the company decided to let me go that day. Since I have a formal resignation letter for 2 weeks, dated the 1st through the 15th, I went in the companies syatyem and approved my time card for those two weeks, shouldn't I , under California law, recieve the paycheck for the 1st through thr 15th? If I did not recieve that what steps should I take,(California Department of Labor?) and is it worth it. Its about a $2700+ paycheck if they pay me the full 2 weeks + other monies owed to me.

Thanks,
Derek
