What is it we can do to protect ourselves & the kids since our company has failed to do so?
I work with kids & have been kicked twice and called names by one kid. Other employees have had the same issues. We all feel like our company isn't doing anything about it considering our safety & the other kids safety is at hand. We've been bit, kicked, hit, slapped, & threatened by this one kid. There has been documentation of everything he has done in the form of write ups.
