What can I do as an employee when my ex-manager (still with company) handed out extra vacation days
What can I do as an employee when my ex-manager (still with company) handed out extra vacation days (up to 9 days in one case) to some of his favorites before he left? These employees did not not "earn" them (in terms of years of service).
