What are the guidelines or laws concerning working a 2nd part time job, while having FMLA ?

I was approved for FMLA at the hospital I work. My health issues were steadily getting worse due to all the walking and bending required to that job. I changed my work statis at the hospital to 20 hrs a week. I now work 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. five days a week. I took a day time part time job that does not require any walking or bending @ a clinic. What are the guidelines or laws that my employer can enforse concerning my using FMLA, while having a 2nd job?

I don't know the answer at the moment, but I can tell you that the US Dept of Labor enforces the FMLA law, so you can get good assistance by calling them. From past experience it is sometimes better to try them between 8:30 and 9:00 am.
