Was discharged a year ago for invalid drug test, Union has since decided not to take case further. I have found many discrepancies and was told by my union to sue my employer, that they like to “Settle”!
Terminated for an “Invalid” drug test, was performed on 4/24/18. Was not received by the lab or tested until 5/3/18. Discrepancies in chain of custody. And the fact my prescription medications never showed up on my lab results. I also, by notarized requests on multiple occasions documents to my employer directly and through my union rep. And got no results, and these by law are my right to have. “Donor Rights”. There is no chain of custody from the 4/24-5/3/2018.
