Was cussed out by supervisor, day after turning him in made me do a drug test. Is this retaliation?

I was cussed out worse than I've ever been in my whole life by a supervisor at my last job. He wasn't even my supervisor, and he cussed me and yelled at me because he didn't think my saw was running fast enough. Anyways, right after it happened I went in my boss' office and told him what had happened. The next day right after I got back from lunch, my boss' boss (my manger) came up to me and asked me to come with him to the human resources department. They informed me that I looked impaired and I had to give a ruin sample. After 2 hrs I couldn't urine (in front of a woman standing right behind me I want to add) I had to go get my blood takin. Well I failed the blood test and was fired, but I want to know if I could possibly fight this because of retaliation. It's not right after turning in a supervisor for cussing me out worse than I've ever been and then the next day make me take a drug test. Is this retaliation? Thanks
