Was I wrongfully dismissed?
I was attacked in a home invasion in June. My attacker beat me for over 3 hours before I was able to get away and lock myself in the washroom. Well I was locked in the washroom my attacker stabbed himself and called the police and said i assaulted him and i found myself spending hours in hospital then off to jail. i was not able to contact my work for 5 days well i was in jail. As soon as i was out of jail i contacted my work and told them my situation. I received a email responds from my employer. 1 line telling me to submit my final expenses that i was done
