Vesting 401k for three Years without mentioning in offer letter

Vesting 401k for three Years without mentioning in offer letter
I switched to a new company over a little more than 2.5 Years. In the exit interview HR told me i will not get any 401k contribution since it was vested for three years. I didnt knew this before. While the 401k was advertised on the offer letter no vesting was mentioned.
I would like to seek legal help if you see a chance to win this case, we talk about a sum of approx 30k USD or more.
