Vehicle use for employment

I have a maintenance job that involves travel. The company I work for provides a vehicle but, there are rumors that they may be getting rid of these vehicles.
When I applied for this job 6 years ago, having and maintaining a vehicle for use on company business was not a condition for accepting employment. I am also hearing rumors that the company will not pay mileage on certain vehicles, like motorcycles.
Do I have any rights on this issue?

Rights for Lost Benefits

A company provided vehicle or mileage paid for using your own vehicle are fringe benefits provided to you by your employer. Unless you have a specific contract that you have negotiated with your employer that entitles you to these benefits the employer is probably not obligated to continue providing them to you.
