The term of the agreement seems ambiguous, I need to know the term.
I signed a non-compete with a term that was defined as 12 months. However, the agreement does not specify when that 12 month period begins. If it started when I signed the agreement then it expires in a matter of days, if it started when I ended my employment then it last another 11 months. The non-disclosure clause lists a specific start (the time of the initial disclosure) but the non-compete does not.
