The amount of my accrued vac was grandfathered in when universal bought out guardsmark. But they owe
Grandfather clause was agreed upon the sale of guardsmark to universal. All guardsmark employees would recieve the ammount of vac pay that they were recieving from guardsmark fo how ever long they were employeed by universal. Yet they continue to with hold it from us.
