Ternimation retaliation
My husband was "terminated" after he questioned his partner, which he worked on an NSF, already expired in Aug. ?? and No pay since then, due to my husband questioning the contract this "partner" so he thought...had with another company. When my husband did, he immediately sent him an email that my husband was to leave the premises immediately and had no access. We were already in the premises when he got the email, the other person wasnt' We took " Our stuff" with us and later he came with the police. Is this unlawful??
