Severance pay rules
Hi, My wife received laid off notification letter and severance package. After that her laid off date was extended for a couple months. She got the letter, but she did not sign anything. Her termination date is quickly approaching but her new manager is telling her that she won't get the severance package? Does she qualify for a severance package or not?
