Retaliation for filing complaint?

I have worked at a company since April of 2017. Since then I have now reported to 4 different managers. Up until November of 2017 I had no complaints or write ups or negative performance reviews against me. When I started reporting to my 4th boss I was approached by her and her boss that the two people who report to me and myself would now report to her. They would no longer report to me. I was not given any warning or review the environment with. Is new boss has been hostile negative and disrespectful to myself and the two other employees. I missed work a few days ( I have an unlimited time off policy as a manager) because my daughter was sick. I provided doctors notes to excuse my absences. I received a call from my manager with her asking how long I was going to be out. That she understood I was dealing with a sick child but that I also had responsibilities at work. Along with other rude and disrespectful comments I took my complaint to Hr in the middle of December. HR agreed to talk to her and they would follow up. In the new year HR asked for a follow up with me, which they rescheduled or stood me up 4 times. When we finally met they told me she spoke to my manager who denied all of my complaints. Of course it came to a he said she said dilemma. I was also told that HR was not aware that my reports no longer reported to me. And that they would like to sit with me and my manager to discuss and adjust my job description? Since then we have not met and I have been to be micromanaged and still spoken down to and removed from responsibilities, projects and meetings I once was a part of. The stress and disrespect and fear of losing my job had my physician prescribe medication for anxiety and depression in January of 2018. To this day in February I still feel the hostile environment and feel singled out. Now all my emails are copied with upper management when it wasn’t before. I continuously go on with my day with no direction from my manager and then get scolded for making decisions that once were mine to make with out consulting her. She gives us action items and then asks why we did things without asking her first again copying upper management. Is this terms for retaliation? Possible demotion AFTER I spoke with HR about the environment the department was in? What are my options ?
